This class focuses on blending the various elements of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) into one concise class. Special attention is given to the transitions between striking and grappling which is prominent (yet often undertrained) in MMA.

The MMA program is what separates Wrecking Ball MMA from other MMA schools in the surrounding areas such as Lake County, McHenry County, and Cook County. While other schools often subscribe to traditional yet outdated concepts of martial arts, our team is constantly working on new and revolutionary concepts to further our performance in competition as well as our knowledge of self-defense.

It is highly recommended that all students participate in this class and it is required that any student who is serious about competing in MMA takes this class consistently.
